The fact he is angling for a transfer tells everything about his character.
What he should be saying is something along the lines of" new manager, I am going to burst a gut to impress and he will have no choice but to play me more"

I want to like him but he’s yet to convince anyone he should be a starter. Don’t care if he does leave.

 

He has lots of ability but unfortunately for him, he has no acceleration. If he had he probably wouldn’t have been here in the first place. We can all see he has bags of technical ability but looks like he doesn’t fit. Guaranteed if we play his next club in Europe he rips us a new one, because he is technically gifted.

 

Think there's definitely a squad place for him here but only as a 10. He's never a wide player in a million years as we've all pointed out since we got a good look at him.

If he is away then good luck to him.

I think hes a decent player but I also couldn't give a * if he left. Hasn't done enough here.

Whether that's his fault or the managers it really doesn't matter, he simply hasn't done enough when he's had his chances.

 

Feel like we've seen glimpses of the technical ability the lad has, when he played bit part roles the moment he signed.

But for whatever reason whether it is both styles of manager that Ange and Rodgers have, he sadly doesn't look like someone that fits either well enough to be someone who is a regular starter.

If Rodgers is to revert to a rigid 5 man midfield then I wouldn't mind seeing him as a 10 and letting him ride out this season as a make or break.

Chances are I don't think Rodgers is going that way so I am making a prediction he is likely gone in Jan window

 

Not rating him is fine. No problem.

I do think it's a * riddy to accuse a player of having a "bad attitude" because he wants * game time is embarrassing.
Especially when the article comes from a bs source.
Claiming he should be out in front of the press waxing lyrical about a new manager and a fresh start is garbage. He knows, like we di, he's very little chance of being a regular starter. He's every right to seek a move.

Like the poster above stated, no winning on here. If he doesn't wanna move he's stealing a wage. If he does wanna move then he's got a bad attitude.

If I was Vata or Haksa I'd be looking for the door too.

 

He was given a few chances by BR in pre season and failed to make any kind of an impact.
