If its true that CCV is out until Christmas as has been reportedin some places, then we need to buy a quality centre back as we'll need that for the CL. If it were any of the others, their place could be filled easier with the likes of Scales as a stopgap. CCV is far too important player to be without for an extended period though and will need replacing. Hopefully it's not as bad as is being made out.

Probably nothing in it as seems it never got mentioned again, but with the barrowfield development costing more with inflation than Lennoxtown, I wonder if it's Being looked at as a replacement for first team too partly due to this
