    Why would he leave?

    He could basically print himself money at Celtic, and no doubt still is.

    For years he had (almost) the whole support chirping on about how we can’t possibly pay player over £30,000, all the while he paid himself £3.8m a year.

    He’d be daft to step back when he can continue milking the club.

    He's still, and always has been, a MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER. He has a say in club matters whether he's in the director's box or in a nursing home with pish running doon his leg...

    After he quit as CEO, we heard nothing about him. Then we started to hear bits and bobs about him representing Celtic at the ECA. Then he becomes non-exec Chairman. Now the non-exec bit is being dropped from press releases and he's being touted as the hero that brought Ange in.

    I don't like it. Maybe others like yourself are fine with it, but don't believe this BS that he has no influence in his position.

    The next 11 days will be massive. I'm the most sceptical * going but I thought we had got away from all this * even with him being back in some capacity but the early signs are we haven't. If we go out and spend the money required in key positions then I'll be happy with the board albeit he still shouldn't be back in any capacity
