The current squad of players are completely unsuited to the way he wants to play.

Joe Hart for obvious reasons.

Ralston and Taylor have limited ability as overlapping full backs.

We have no pace or power in midfield.

Maeda and Abada are only useful for running in behind and are both abysmal technically, more so Maeda.

Kyogo’s best strength is playing off the shoulder and he’s been inexplicably deployed in the middle of the park.

Bizarre start to the season.

 

I get that it's a bad result, but anybody calling him Snake and Rat can get to *.

I just don't trust this guy (with more signings) to get it right.

Bombscare of a decision to bring him back and too many fell for it unfortunately.

The signs have been there all summer.

We have been not only just slow out the gates but it feels like we haven’t got out of that rut towards the last few games last season when we had nothing to play for in the league.

Our football has been under par at times and we have had all summer to bring in players that were needed in the final third and we haven’t.

quite simply the management at the club have dropped the ball massively once again and we believe all this * we will have money to spent etc and they even boasted about it with statements etc and yet what’s happened?

Project signings once again, we haven’t * replaced our most creative player who we sold for * £27 million * quid.

Questions need asked. We are not entitled to win every game or cup but it’s extremely concerning that we look weaker and worse from last season and our football looks * dug meat.

 

Not in Europe it won't.. we will be begging to be put down to put us out of our misery after 3 games..

 

Wouldnt be surprised if someone won the league outside Celtic or Sevco the way we were playing

He's up against a glorified P.E teacher in Beale, so I've no worries about the league.

In Europe? Unless things change and fast, its going to be an absolute mauling.

 

That's almost a new entire Killie team, from the one we hammered there, playing Kobayashi at CB.

Whatever we worked on in training, didn't come off when it mattered. If he is determined to play a certain way, then sign players that fit the system. If you can't, then you have to be flexible enough to play to the strengths of the squad you inherited.

 

Just goes to show that Premier League managers like Rodgers can't cut it when stepping up to the SPL

 

Completely agree that Killie have improved but they are no great shakes either. Would Ange of lost that game? I dont think so.

Probably no point going back to what Ange would of done but my point is we have gone backwards since last season from what I've seen so far. Drastically

Not going to write Rodgers off however he needs to stamp out the backwards passing

As we have said 1000 times, midfield badly needs bolstered with some power. I want 2 wingers aswell and for the love of * get us a left back

I think we'll go back to struggling against Livingston again as well.

There are going to be many games like today going forward, particularly away from home and most particularly, on plastic.
