Ref was * too, let them away with murder and soft bookings for us, their goal scored while Taylor was off receiving treatment and that looked like a pen on Haksa near the end too.

 

Blame the ref and the pitch as much as you like but it doesn't hide the fact how pish we were. Slow, side to side and backward passing, lost the midfield and kept going at them down the middle. When he did get it wide and into the box we had no one there. Says it all but their keeper had * all to do. This was us playing under Rodgers in his last season when he didn't get the players in he wanted.
You have to start asking is this the ego of Lawell senior coming into play again.

This is what happens when you don't invest properly. As I said at HT this was a display straight from the end of BR 1st spell here. Slow, sideways passing and nothing else. I also said Killie had nothing to offer but effort but that's all it might take and that was 100% the case. You can point to lots of things today but the bottom line is Kilmarnock wanted it and we didn't. I know we can't win every game all of the time but to go out like that is truly pathetic.

Can’t say I am surprised we have been shockingly bad, I genuinely can’t see what we are even trying to do. All we did today was blast the ball forward aimlessly to no one. That front 3 doesn’t work, Maeda and Abada offer so little and can’t beat a man.

A blind man can see this team are awful but we are slow and ponderous in doing anything except sell first team players. We look absolutely clueless out there and no one at the club really seems to have any urgency to do something about it.

Not the ref's fault. Not the pitch. It's the exact same * pointed out in the opening league games that we're still doing and it has cost us. Rodgers has taken us backwards. We've lost our identity on the pitch and have been left with uninspiring and plain boring football
