I know he said today he wouldn't want to be anywhere else after today's result. But I think if he does well at spurs I can see him replacing klopp at Liverpool. Sure ange was a big liverpool fan so be his dream job

    Delighted for him.

He's getting more out Bissouma and Sarr than anyone before already.

We need someone like that (before they’re worth 100m) who is big and powerful and can drive out from the defence. Guy was like a bulldozer just charging by folk

Just wait till Bentancur is back.

He’s going to be unreal under Ange, Bissouma and Sarr have been excellent.

Bissouma genuinely looked world class yesterday. I hadn't seen him live before and he majorly impressed me.

He was quality at Brighton. Always had it in him.

No surprise the leash is off a bit now similar to Brighton and he's replicating that form

Ange will get more out those existing players because they're playing attacking football.

Genuinely see him at a proper top 10 club in a few years.

Also felt proper bitter watching him and Sarr as they are the exact type of midfielders we'd all been crying out for in Ange's system the two years he was here. Powerful pressing machines with bags of composure when under pressure. Genuinely think the sky's the limit for Ange down there with that midfield. Maddison looks ridiculously good in the system too.

The problem though is that they have so many cab drivers that they could transport troops to and from the frontline with ease.

By the looks of man u I wouldnt be surprised if they ended up interested. Or liverpool once klopp makes a meal of it this season which I feel is there...much like last season.

I think even as a complete neutral it’s an interesting footballing story.

Personally I hope he does well. I think it’s good for Celtic and he was a great manager for us at the end of the day.

I want to want him to do well but the stories of him and his agent pushing for this move behind the scenes for weeks or months just doesn't sit well with me and hearing him regurgitate the same lines and saying spurs is the biggest job he's had just rubs me the wrong way.
Like he said how much he appreciated getting the job and how the celtic fans stuck by him at the beginning but ultimately he left the first real opportunity he got and I understand its probably to good an opportunity to turn down for him but he still walked out on us well before his time here came to its natural end which shows me he didn't appreciate the club/fans as much as he says he did.

Ange is a terrific manager and I'm still gutted he left after just 2 years. It does all feel a bit slimy though. I can't begrudge him for leaving for Spurs but there is certainly a whiff of inauthenticity about his behaviour here and the way he left. He captured the hearts of many fans but dropped us fairly sharpish and his goodbye message felt pretty cold.
