I thought he had a good game there, troubled them and got in good areas. The one near the end when he ran through I think he ran wide for Holm to cut across him as he knew he never had the power left in his legs to go alone but Holm nearly ran into him and didn't make the right run.

He misses easier chances than he scores. Such an enigma for me - the most dangerous looking guy on the park with some total amateurish touches and finishes about. Then he'll pull off something of absolute quality.

    Still a bargain at £1m.

We needed him from a defensive perspective but my word he doesn't half frustrate going forward.

Will need better for Europe and for many occasions in the league tbh.

On another day his misses could have cost us. In saying that the devlin clearance was just sensational defending.

Should have had a couple assists today and then there'd not be the same negativity in here about him.

Should have scored as well but he's not the only one

So much to admire about his game but dearie me. His compusure is shocking. Absolutely shocking.

Never mind the miss he must have taken the wrong option about 4/5 times today.

I didn’t see the game today yet just highlights but does anyone think he’d be better suited right wing? With his pace playing off the shoulder if he gets by a defender he can just whip it in with his preferred foot? Won’t have to rely too much on technical ability

Semi final last year perfect example.

Inch perfect 1st time cross onto jotas head.
If that happened in the other side and on his left foot the ball would have went out the park.

I really don't get why he's not been tried on the right coz he's never a left winger

I don't think he's a winger period. He'll understudy for Kyogo this season once the window shuts.

It's one of those ones, if he did have a better first touch/cross/finish, he wouldn't be playing for Celtic.

I do really like him and is work ethic is irrefutable, but he does get on my *. I just knew he wasn't putting that chance away just before O'Riley scored.

I think that position is his until somebody comes in and outperforms him. Yang came on and did very well for the goal, but he seems more right sided than left.

His lack of technical ability is a joke. In games where we dominate the ball and are on the front foot (which is the vast majority of games) he simply isn’t good enough.

Constantly breaks down attacks because he can’t trap the ball. Total one trick pony as well - always running down the left wing and runs out of space.

That chance before the third goal was genuinely embarrassing. He was never in control of the ball and for some reason kept running away from the goal.

If he is our first choice left winger then I worry.

I think he’d be better suited out right because of that yeah he’s not really the type to cut in and dribble so atleast out right he can knock it by the full back or run over the ball over the top n whip it or pull it back

I've always wondered how he'd get on as a fullback, defensively he helps out a lot and he's always helped keep Tavernier quiet.

Not for one second saying he should be our backup there, just always been a curiosity of mine, I think he'll eventually be a rotational option once we bring another winger in

I can’t fathom how he is so strong in the challenge defensively but so weak in the challenge attacking
