As usual this place is being overly negative to a ridiculous extent (we’re winning at arguably the toughest venue in the league outside of the shitpit).

However, there are clear areas of improvement that we require:

New starting LB (Taylor should be fine as a backup but early indications don’t show him playing well in this system)

Nawrocki has made some good blocks and tackles, but both he and CCV * up at the equalizer. Abada is doing great, as is O'Riley. Someone please make a gold statue of Kyogo in real size.

 

Not the best 1st half for sure, a better team would be beating us on this form. Hopefully a few tweaks at half time and a better 2nd half.

 

We are winning guys... I know we have High expectations supporting celtic and we should.. but sometimes it may not be clickin at times .. poor with turnbull should be hatate and scales should been on.
Rodgers is * it up here at times with selection . But I'm sure we will win another couple goals in us

 

Hatate must come on and I'd swap Yang for abada..this game highlights just how much we need Johnston back and a top left back bought.

 

The only 2 good things we are winning and know we can play a lot Fukien better, oh for a tierney at left back man

 

Some calamitous defending. Small sample size of two games -- but we look much, much more vulnerable defensively this year, compared to last.

New goalkeeper is a must, ideally I'd want at least one new full back in too.

Turnbull isn't the answer, despite last weeks performance. Hatate (despite some poor passing in pre-season) is comfortably levels above him.

Attacking-wise, we're as dangerous as ever.

Recruitment focus really has to be new GK and ideally a couple defenders. If we can get another inverted winger or striker too, then great.

 

I'd give Abada 10 mins see how he atarts rhe second half otherwise bring Yang on.

 

Enjoyed that half.

We're much, much worse on the ball imo. The passing, movement, crispness, intensity, sharpness and chance creation has significantly dropped.

 

Folk are allowed to react to the game going on in front of them.

 

You'd be hard pressed to tell we're winning by the reactions on here, jesus.

We could betl a lot better obviously, but this isn't an easy game on paper, thought CCV was actually at fault for the goal rather than Hart.

Like the County game, there's some passages of play where you see what Rodgers is trying to do, but guys like Taylor and Maeda don't suit this system on the left. Tutnbull been quiet as well.

Yang and Hatate on as soon as possible pls, need a third goal.
