    We've been short changed with the fees for GG, JJ and Starfelt imo. Don't really know what the alternative would be though? Risk being stuck with an unhappy player who upsets the rest or let them sit out their contract and they end up going for nothing?
    Just feel the fees could have been higher.

    Starfelt was a decent defender. Had great games but could also be atrocious. He is easily replaced unlike if CCV decided his * was more important than football.

    He had a ropey first few games. Then was solid for the vast majority of the season. Suggesting we stuck our neck out keeping him in the team and that he owes us something is * embarrassing.

    He was part of a CB pairing that did not lose a single game together. I don't think people realise how big of a blow this is.

    He had a ropey first few months at the very most. Stuck by him is a stretch too.

    People were gagging for him to slip up so they could say “I told ya so”. It happened in preseason. Couple of mistakes (when the * head was obviously fried) and it was back to him being a donkey.

    He owes us nothing. Don’t get this weird thing were folk think players need to repay us for something. He was a massive part of a treble ffs. We owe him.
