    Agreed!

I wouldn’t even have allowed the horrible tramps to have formed a new club.

i hope we are gonna start taking the similar action against the rest of the clubs cutting our away tickets. if they want to offer tickets to their fans first its only right we do the same ,we should put them on sale and offer whats left to opposition teams

I am maybe in the minority of fans who wishes they would * off and die again and never come back.

They are * parasites to our society. I'm happy they're not invited to our stadium, I wish they weren't in our league or in our life.

I * hate Rangers and everything they stand for and their stupid, ugly, entitled angry wee rancid supporters.

While I can agree with what you're saying, I'd still rather we have a support when traveling to help our team when at Ibrox.

Not if the safety of our support cannot be guaranteed, why should our supporters be sittin targets for the huns ?

Atmosphere is key to this fixture, the huns are the ones who started it all, they threw the toys oot the pram because we were celebrating in their midden.

Disagree with most people here. I like to see our fans at their ground when we score a goal there. I like the vids that appear on youtube from the away end filming their meltdown. I like our corner just going wild and riling the rest of the stadium up.

I also like the fact they come to our ground and seeing their glum sorry faces after we score, our player running towards them with the cupped ear celebration and watching the rest of the stadium lord it over them.

HOW CAN YOU NOT WANT THIS.

Amazing people are talking about safety, bad songs etc when it's been going on over a century and will continue forevermore should the away allocation issue resolve.

James Bisgrove has confirmed Rangers expect to be granted an allocation of tickets for the second Old Firm clash of the season – even if Celtic refuse to take briefs for the upcoming Ibrox fixture.

Rangers have offered their title rivals around 700 tickets for the match next month as Brendan Rodgers prepares for his derby return in Glasgow.
Reports in recent weeks confirmed that Celtic could turn down the chance to have their fans in attendance at Ibrox amid ongoing concerns over the limited allocation and safety and access arrangements.

Herald and Times Sport revealed that Rangers would demand that their supporters are given tickets for the Parkhead showdown in December and chief executive Bisgrove is standing firm in the ongoing Old Firm row.

Bisgrove said: “Our belief, as a club, and certainly mine as the chief executive coming into Rangers is that away fans add so much to football – the colour, the vibrancy – no matter the game.

“Then you look at the Old Firm fixture and having away fans there is a positive in terms of the stadium atmosphere and also the spectacle worldwide.

“We have had discussions to see, based on the number of season tickets we have sold, what we could make available to Celtic and that is the 700, 750 number that we have made available for the last four, five years.

“I believe the respective security teams have met and there have been reassurances made by the Rangers security staff in terms of extra stewarding, extra policing. That is a conversation we need to have with Celtic in terms of what they want to do.

“Going back to the start of my answer, we believe that away fans should be at football matches.
"So, yes, we would want Rangers fans to be at Parkhead in December, absolutely.

“I think we will just be consistent in our communication and our stance on that. I am not sure one has to necessarily impact the other.

"We just need to see where the next conversations go in terms of the meetings with the different stakeholders.
“But, again, I will reinforce that our desire is that we have Rangers supporters at away games, whether that is at Celtic, in Europe or domestically in Scotland.”

I do wonder how set in stone is it that we have to offer them something?

I'm actually proud of the club if we've confirmed we just won't accept what they offer and refuse to accept any allocation.

But I reckon we may have to offer them something, of which they'll take and try to play this in their favour.

But much like 2012, let's never forget, they * started this * and we won't ever not remind them.

According to this article the rule is open to interpretation: https://www.footballscotland.co.uk/...ship/spfl-ticket-rule-must-addressed-27301110

"The home club must make provision for the admission of such reasonable numbers of visiting supporters at every home league match.”

Not sure how that plays out.

We do EXACTLY what they did to us.

Blame it on security. We can't "guarantee" it.

Worst comes to worse, they have to challenge it through the authorities. The league steps in, insists on giving them the allocation.

Fair enough... We sweat them out. Kettle the * 4 hours before the game, make them sit in the stand 3 hours before kick off, with the absolute WORST seats in the stadium, close the kiosks, take the cubicle doors off the toilets, turn off the water in the sinks... The whole * enchilada.

They started this *, time to set fire the * bed they made for themselves.

CELTIC have formally rejected Rangers’ offer of 700 tickets for the first Old Firm derby of the season.

And SunSport can reveal Hoops chiefs now want to block Gers fans from attending the Celtic Park return in December.

We told last month how Gers were desperate to end Old Firm lock-outs by extending an olive branch to their Glasgow rivals.

That meant making 700 briefs available for the derby on September 3.

Celtic were always reluctant, citing safety fears.

Following further talks, Rangers vowed to increase security in the away section

But Celtic have now officially confirmed they won’t be taking up Gers’ offer with the row now set to rumble on.

It’s understood, Rangers have already written to the SPFL demanding their allocation for the return match in December

Under rule i27, Gers are entitled to tickets and they have made it clear they want their cut.

We told you how the rule states - "The Home club must make provision for the admission of such reasonable number of visiting supporters at every home League Match and Play-Off Match as may be agreed in advance with the Visiting Club and, in the event of their being unable to agree such number not later than 14 days prior to the date of the League Match or Play-Off Match in question, the number of visiting supporters allowed shall be determined by the Board whose decision shall be final and binding."

They are now awaiting the SPFL’s response.

Back in May, new Rangers chief executive James Bisgrove admitted there was still “a long way to go” in the allocation saga which stretches back to 2018.

But Gers made it clear they were willing to welcome Hoops supporters back to Ibrox.

Celtic had been accustomed to occupying the entire Broomloan Road end until their allocation was slashed in line with other Premiership teams.

The Parkhead club responded in kind by cutting Gers’ seating space at Celtic Park.

The saga took another twist for the final two Old Firm matches of last season, with no away fans admitted at all.

Rangers had hoped to resolve the matter, but Celtic have now made their position clear.
