    Of those 3, that's my favourite also.

    Although I truly Frank Darabont should've never included the final beach scene from the movie. Had it been when Red finishes his 'I hope' voice over and the bus turns the corner and out of view, cut to credits there. So the audience is left hoping he can make it and not get caught, hoping they can reunite etc. Because what is the point of the 'I hope' narrative? And hope is what the movie is all about. Just my 2 pence worth, lol.

    lol, the amount of people who said something along those same lines when they first submitted their rankings, that it'd likely change day to day depending on whay in the mood for etc. So there is something to that... and that it's certainly true of me also, lol

    Great work again @Taz! Many of the top 10 could easily be on a all time top 10 list imo. Coen bros, Scorsese, Tarantino, some of the greatest artists to ever grace the industry. Danny Boyle making a masterpiece of Trainspotting. A great decade for cinema as an artform.

    My son is in his mid 20's now, and on top of everything else, he's heavily into movies.

    When we get together, the subject is often about movies (and music, politics and more). And more than once, he's confessed he wished he was around in the 90's, when quality film was the norm.
