I think we'll get another 3 signings at minimum, being GK, CB and LW.

I'd love to see us go for another midfielder, LB and RW, but I feel like we need to move Turnbull/Bernabei on before we sign another player there, and unless we move Abada to the left or sell him I'd be surprised if we go for another RW after Jun signs.

I can understand where both sets of fans are coming from. I'd definitely like to see us start targeting more experienced players rather than projects as the window progresses (Nawrocki is a good start) but I'm not worried on whether or not we get said players, we 100% will. Just hope they're worth the wait.

It’s highlighting how ridiculous your argument is.

Replacing 1 player with 4 doesn’t make your team better. Even you must accept that.

If you can’t see our team is weaker now than it was a couple of months ago then it’s a pointless discussion.

We could do with a bit of physicality in the right areas.

It is definitely weaker now; but that doesn't really mean much. I have total confidence that it won't be weaker at midnight the day the window closes.

I'd love a big Victor Wanyama beefcake type at CDM for Europe.

Mate you said if you sold Haaland and bought a 5 million player, if that was the case I'd be wondering where the £395 million change was.

We've lost 1 talented players who was a high risk signing in the start, hence why we brought him in on loan, his aptitude and attitude was a massive gamble, it worked for us and him we've been very well compensated for his services. Mooy as I've already pointed out was a squad player, he wasn't an influential first team player. If he never played it wasn't a hardship, 14 first team starts isn't anywhere near an influential player.

Players come and go every season, to straight off write off 4 players coming in as you deem them 'projects' I'd very nieve and quite disrespectful to the boys that have joined. They've joined for first team positions not getting punted into the B team. Every player you sign comes with a risk, most players we sign are projects in some sort of way, unless your signing a Haaland like player. * even at that I've seen many a big name player flop.

We have plenty of cover for Jota, and if being truthful he wasn't utilised near enough in his natural position due to Anges love affair with Maeda. He was fantastic on the left, on the right he was no where near as good, it was a waste. That was due to Abada being hot and cold and there being no decent cover for him, Forrest us done.

I get others and your concerns but the transfer market moves in a weird way, bar the Ebay City Rollers grabbing every free under the sun there will be no Scottish or English club even started in the transfer market. Most of the time other clubs are in the same position, assessing and deciding who stays, who goes.

Yeah especially against the rugby team in September who will have a height advantage at set pieces.

    I'm not mate. Sincerely.

Koba has been so poor, and in all honesty, I think Welsh is one of the worst CBs we've had in the past 10 years.
He literally murdered Ange ball with his dithering about and is won of the poorest readers of the game I've ever seen in a CB. His interception rate is scandalous.
Starfelt is solid enough, but twice the player he is when alongside CCV.

It's a huge problem imo. And we need TWO CBs in to make up the drop in quality.

Pretty underwhelming profile analysis of Hyeok-kyu on The Celtic Way. Meh.

Juco James though, big pinch of salt required. He's notorious for his mental shouts.

''Aggressive'' can be interpreted in different ways. We certainly have the players to press high up the pitch and regain possession as close to opposing goal as possible. That's Ange's interpretation of aggressive football. Not sure whether Rodgers has the same plan in mind. Hope he does even though it might not be the optimal strategy in Europe.
