Was underwhelmed by him at first but I watched another video yesterday and there's definitely potential there.

Always wary of YouTube but he looks very, very similar to Patrick Roberts but with a bit more pace. I loved Roberts here and he was a great player for us for the most part.

This profile of player always excites me more than someone like Abada. Tilio looks a much better dribbler, more creative and just classier on the ball in general.

He does look weak and small as * though, hopefully he adapts.

New Celtic signing Marco Tilio will miss the start of the season through injury.

Brendan Rodgers has revealed the club were aware the 21-year-old winger from Melbourne City would be arriving in Glasgow with an existing issue acquired on international duty with Australia


Marco will be out for a few weeks,” said Rodgers. “He had an issue when we signed him and we knew of it. He will miss the start of the season as he got injured playing for Australia.

"We knew he would miss the first couple of months of the season but he's an exciting winger who has done well. He fits the profile and when he settles in, he will do very well.”

Given Rodgers comments regarding him and Holm I wouldn't be too concerned about him being injured

The manager literally said yesterday he's assessing the squad as he's only seen the vast majority from a distance.

Christ the way people go on youd think this was 2 years ago and we had finished 20 points behind and were in complete dissarey with a squad full of * loan signings and guys out of contract and we're down to the bare bones.

We won a treble 6 weeks ago, 2 players have left. Mooy as good as he was was a bit part player due to fitness issues, he's already been replaced with a talented young player.

We have lost arguably our best player for big, big money. Add that too the vast sums of money the manager has clearly been promised to return and it's pretty obvious we are gonna spend. There is no chance BR has came back here to simply work with current squad.

We are gonna make signings, likey some very big ones.

 

If he can reach the same levels that Patrick Roberts did with us that would be brilliant. I was a big Roberts fan when he was at Celtic.
