Would love to see us try and get Billy Gilmour from Brighton.

Would cost at least £10/£12 million, but if we're going to push the boat out this summer, it should be for players of his ilk.

There were also rumours that Brighton wanted Hatate. If so, I'd be asking for Gilmour + £12 million at least. Either way, hope we enquire.

Going to keep on saying Mikhautadze until Mark Lawwell sees it and bids for him.

 

For a project signing, with the new partnership with admira Wacker I’d look at maybe signing Sam Curtis from st pats in league of Ireland and perhaps loaning to them for a season. He’s 17 now, made his debut for the first team at 16 and been one of the main starters since. Is a right back that can play cb and has been playing cb most of this season due to injuries. He’s wanted by Man City the last 3 years but they can’t sign him until he’s 18 (December I think) they tried get their club lommel to sign him even but think pats refused. He was over with Roma and feyenoord on trial. Roma didn’t fancy it but feyenoord tried sign him. Class player with a very mature mentality. Played for the Ireland 19s in the euros aswell this year and got a call up to their 21s for two friendlies.

 

That’s why I suggested Mohamed Kaba, all be it he has been doing it at ligue 2 level but has been showing up well for past two seasons and is only 21. He has a lot of the same qualities as Souza and Sissoko but obviously not got the same big league exposure.

However he is younger than both and probably more attainable.

I hope I am wrong but I think Souza burnt his bridges when he decided to go to Espanyol over us. He was also linked with Wolves towards the end of last season. It’s a shame as he does look a class player in the mould we could do with.

 

Interesting shout this one... doing well enough at a team in Austria who aren't exactly sitting pretty in that league and is very much mid table if not lower.

Won't likely be on the radar of clubs who can easily outspend us as a result as well then.

44 goal involvements over 73 appearances is a great return for a team who don't perform well I'd say.

 

He’ll no doubt end up going to Chelsea for 20m or something but Robert Sanchez into the last year of his deal at Brighton.

Dropped under De Zerbi and they’re signing Bart Verbruggen for big money meaning he’ll be third choice.

Very cheap. There were rumors he had a release clause at €10M, but this seems a bargain. Now, he is not much better than Hart at playing the ball, but his shot stopping is CL level.

 

If Livakovic is available for less than £10 million we should be all over that.
