Had some really impressive moments for us.

Always be a what if, type of player, for me. Couple of excellent games against the Huns.

Our club signed a 3-year contract with Swansea City midfielder Olivier Ntcham. We wish good luck to our athletes and our community.

Another sulky French git, on his day he was class, the problem was that wasn’t very often and most games he went missing, such a shame as the guy had talent.

still remember his delicate wee chip into the goal in Rome in the dying minutes to beat Lazio 2-1 at their own patch. Thats still a beautiful memory

Like other posters have said...........the man had definite talent.....but lacked the commitment. It was almost as if Dembelle left....then he wanted out straight after......then so did Edouard. If he had knuckled down and just concentrated on himself and his place at Celtic then he'd maybe have still been here right now.

But you dont want players like that in your team.....players that you know can do the business but just turn up when they feel like it................when you think about it though, that was Samaras all over the back and we kept him here for a good few years. Its a strange one

Seems like a bad egg that can poison the dressing room. Remember him getting deliberately sent off against St Mirren and his face tripping him when we won the Scottish Cup in 2019

just noticed Ntcham shoring up Cameroons midfield, I thought he aspired to represent France? I remember when he started with us, he could spot a pass/through ball it was just his execution of the pass escaped him sometimes, ultimately he thought he was better than he actually was

Both he and O'Riley could be case studies for new Celtic signings. Two talented players but one works hard, performs consistently, embraces the club and gets bids from teams like Atletico. The other sulks, mopes about and performs when he feels like it and goes on a free to Swansea and then signs for some random Turkish team.

Tbf we did get an 8 figure bid for Ntcham from Porto, we just stupidly rejected it

Olivier Ntcham has revealed he left Celtic because he was BORED of winning every trophy in Scotland.

Wonder if he got bored of winning every trophy in his last season. Oh that's right he won * all

He left because he thought he was a much better player than he is. He's now playing for a random Turkish side, probably making less than he was while here. Unlucky mate.

Guys attitude stinks but again if we had a proper scouting network we could have nearly tripled our money on him in a season and bought two players of that level while still being up financially.

This is where I really struggle with our board, the model we ought to adopt would easily pay for itself and more. Jota is a prime example got him on loan, bought him for £6m, a season later sold for around £25m of which we kept about £18m, if we then had used that money to buy two players of a similar pedigree to the £6m Jota we bought or even loaned to buy talent from big clubs academies like Jota was. Then you now have your money back, have made CL due in part to the players contribution and strengthened your squad at no additional cost.

This is theoretical off course but is the sort of approach we should be taking. Ours seems to be sell a player and try buy enough players for nearly a full team with that money being very thinly spread and then a proportion banked.
