Haven't bought a top in few years but I'll be purchasing a sponser-less away top for sure this time.

Home top is very Sporting Lisbon like this year. If they dropped the place trim think it'd look much better.

Said this back on the 19th May cos I’ve seen pics of all our kits this year. A very specific detail…. But the actual cross detail in the pic was raised more and edged off around the rubber oval. So judging by that these recent pics posted here are fakes of the genuine kit as the quality doesn’t look as good. Or potentially the kits I saw are all match day ones


Edit: just looked back at the pics I received. The one posted is definitely fake as the red cross oval is overlapping a green stain glass hoop that with how the shirt is stitched kind of creates an upside down U at the top of the shirt before the white then begins before the next “hoop”

 

That is hideous. Why the * are designers such pretentious arseholes.

Here’s an idea for suppliers of kits. Make a few mock ups and gauge fan opinion on them, then release the most popular. Might actually sell some that way.

Hint for folk at Adidas, that thing would come bottom every time, in every possible metric in any fan opinion poll.

Opinions on new kits are usually fairly split. This new home kit appears to be universally hated. Some going to get it so so wrong.

Especially when you see some supporter made concept kits. Seen some absolute belters over the years.

To think a team of folk being paid very handsomely, all looked at the finished article and went “oh yes, that will do nicely”

Maybe the owner of Adidas found a long lost brother who was affectionately dim and put him in charge of the design department.

 

Ok mate, let's agree to disagree. If you zoom in on the badges, they do not sit correctly with the angle of the shirt. If I am wrong I apologise. I just really hope this is not our next home shirt. HH

 

They even managed to shoehorn the stained glass window onto last season’s away kit, with the ‘CELTIC FC’ tag on the back in a stained glass window style.

Except, it doesn’t look like a stained glass window - it just looks like it’s been washed too much/harshly and the letters are falling apart.

We should all write to Adidas and inform them that we really don’t give a hoot about the stained glass window to the extent they seem to think.
