    He had the media on strings last time around, no doubt will be the same again. Ange was blunt as * with them for the majority and barely gave * all away, Rodgers has his own style with them but it’s equally as effective.

    I actually felt a bit sorry for him there you know the answer to the questions but he can't come out and say the board killed it for me last time which lead to mass protests and a failed attempt at 10 in a row. Time has been kind to him

    How many different ways can they ask the same question fs. Plus who cares about the huns aswell, be funny if he just said aye we pumped them so bad they cut our allocation and hopefully more of the same!
    Handled it well enough though I thought, obviously he doesn't shut them down abruptly as Ange would and to a lesser extent Lenny but he does speak well enough.
    Obviously we're gonna think he's just feeding us lines and be wary now though whenever he speaks!

    For the question we all wanted to hear, about the way he left last time, his response is spot on and what I wanted.

    It's not an apology, but it's a respectful acknowledgement that he * us over.

    Doesn't regret leaving for Leicester (shouldn't in a professional context) but regrets the hurt it caused.

    That's more than enough for me
