    I think we could do better if we bothered to look tbh.

    I get that he's free but it doesn't mean we should just take him on. We've learned from that sort of stuff.

    I'd rather we didn't look down south as much as possible. Rather go in for Vinicus Souza again using the city links. I know that's a bit of a contradiction.

    Be a good option to have but this is just the usual ex club links by * sources. Imagine his wage demands will be big and EPL clubs will be sniffing about.

    I put him in player suggestions thread yesterday. Not a glamour signing by any means, but a guy in his peak years on a free, with great athleticism, versatility and over 50 international caps for a decent team like Ghana, as well as over 100 PL appearances. Sort of signing we should be all over for depth. Would I prefer Ndidi? Of course, but I’d have preferred Alisson to Hart as well and that wasn’t happening in a month of Sundays either.

    We all talk about adding athleticism and strength to the midfield, but then complain when a guy like this is linked on a free. No brainer imo.

    He's nowhere near Wanyama at his peak


    He's averaged 13 games a season at Leicester. Has had some bad injuries. Just reeks of a risk not worth taking tbh.

    It's funny, I'd kill for a player similar to Amartey, strong as *, not too slow and a general monster on the field.

    Problem is his injury problems are ridiculous, 106 league games in 7 years is absolutely horrendous. Even then when he's played recently, he hasn't looked that good.

    Only thing going in his favour is he isn't as old as I thought he'd be. Still only 28, a no from me tho as we can do better.

    Wanted him when he was a DM at Copenhagen but he’s been * for Leicester.

    Don’t think he ever even played midfield under Rodgers. Big money, injury prone and been * for about 5 years.

    Doesn’t really make sense as a signing.

    The perfect target imo. Absolute dynamite for Copenhagen playing in a league at the standard of ours, and then went on to not be as good for Leicester, so not many clubs will watch him. If we bring out the potential he have and will most likely show if we get him, his sell on value will instantly go up. Get him in.

    We got a new problem though, and it's not the EPL. The players we are looking at will be looked at from Saudi Arabia these days.
