    Very few managers have the mentality to come back to a club where a fair of chunk of the supporter base despise him and declare that he'll make us a competitive European side.. demanding the funds to do so.

    He's a egotistical * who will back himself to do anything.. hopefully to our benefit.

    I guess it depends on what humongous money is, but personally I just can't see him returning unless he was being very well remunerated. Better wages than last time for sure. He's still a Premier League level manager, just not at this very moment. But in a few months when jobs start becoming available, you'd have to think he would be in contention, so I'm not sure why he'd accept this position if he's not being backed with both high wages and transfer funds.

    He'll also have to contend with dodgy VAR decisions from the get go. I don't think we've quite taken that on board yet. The other mob won't be dropping many points = far more pressure on him now.
