Whats The Weather Like Near You??

You know it's roasting when no a single person on the abruptly terminated train stands out from the platform shade..

 

We were going to move up north (Findhorn) but our business would be hit to much with the absolutely terrible postal service, charges because its classed as 'highlands'. Dunno how they still get away with that, id get it if it was in some remote area, but you'll be aware of there is a train line, motorway and airport in inverness and aberdeen lol.

 

Ooh yeah, that's just a cash grab the thieving gits.

The other good thing about here is it's very dry compared to other parts of Scotland

 

Good thing about these very hot days is that the temperature drops at night due to clear skies so the room can cool right down, especially with a breeze wafting in the window.

That'll no last mind as in a few weeks, it'll be stifling at night anaw.

The office I work in has the air con on where it's freezing inside. Ye need to escape outside for a few minutes tae get a heat.

 

The Moray Forth is a cracking area, really unappreciated.

 

Aye, I lived in Glasgow for my first 40 years, huge difference with the rain but * me the wind up here is wild

 

Hate this hot * weather man! Roll on the grey days again.

Naked starfish in bed with a fan trying to cool down the nether regions.

 

Back doors still open, wife’s outside. I’ve had enough and gone to bed. Like being abroad tonight, no sense of a chill coming in once dark. Bring it on I say.

Aye it is a bit flatulent here!

 

Not explored too much around there at the moment as I don't have a car but have cycled a lot around the Beauly Firth, which is also great. So much to see..wehay!

Meant to be working in Milton in Glasgow the morra. But it'll no be happening if the weather is like this

 

Had this last Sunday night, should have posted it really. Best video I could find, but no idea about what the Steven Hawkins commentary is about tbh. Never in my life have I seen anything like that, the video doesn’t do it justice with the vivid flashes, and for about an hour not a sound, just lightening. Seemed to be contained in a square box of pure black cloud that just never moved anywhere until it was over.

 

Grey, dreach, dull and that ‘fine rain that soaks you through’

 

You can get change like that in a feckin day here in Sligo.
