The way he exited and the following scramble for Lennon, was a big part in failing to do the 10, not all his fault but for me a big part.

Or Another way to look at it.

Is that he has his foot back in the door at the club he would die for and with a manager above him that is a great manager at the end of the day.

I would personally like to see him back quicker but ye i suppose lest see what hes made of with teams down South.

The thing is how long do you go on looking at the past, comes a point you have to look forward, when he left for Leciester i was angry like everyone else, but in all honesty i'd welcome the guy back with open arms.

The job is his! I agree he's the best candidate but very disappointed he's returning. I mightn't even go again untill he's left us again because I hate the * for the way he walked out in us. My kids * adored him when he was with us and where * gutted along with me when he walked. There's some things in life you have to stick by and I'll find it very difficult to support this *. It'll be strange I tell you that because I've never disliked or hated anyone who was at our club. They always got my full backing but now this * will be in the dugout, it's definitely going to be a feeling I've never felt for anyone in our club.

Broony as assistant manager softens the blow for me slightly, which is exactly what it's intended to do.

History provides the answers for much of what we ask, therefore it’s naive to ignore it.
Yes we may well win the league cups but this will end badly because he is what he is - a well documented bullshitter who will do and say anything to big himself up.

Not much EPL interest in him !! Leeds apparently wanted him but that Championship & Rodgers is too proud for that .

I was in the undecided category, wasn't completely against him but there's a few alternatives I'd of preferred.

Excellent coach however, and I'm certain we'll continue our domestic dominance under him. Europe is another story but I think we'll do some damage this time round

His last time ended abruptly and Celtic (Lawell the accountant) were just as culpable for the breakdown in relationship. Both the club amd Rodgers have moved on and both were successful with a * season for each in between.

There's work to be done from him and I'll think he'll see it as unfinished business and will give his all. I'm.intrested to see how he works with Nicholson and Lawell Jnr as both have done well since in their posts.

I only want whats best for the club and its deemed to be BR right now. So if its BR, I'm gonna back him all the way, just like anyone else who walks in the door of the club. He succeeds, we succeed.

How is he at using subs? I looked at his transfer dealings last time he was here and also as Leicester manager. A lot of dross signed and money * down the swany.

Can imagine we brought in Ange at the end of that season, when we had time too look properly..

Anyway might need to move on, but not forgotten.

Perhaps played a part but I would argue it wasn't as big as some may claim.

The board have to take a lot of blame. Lennon obviously does too but he should never have been appointed. It's not Rodgers fault we failed to replace him adequately tbf, we had enough time following into the next season or two.

The refs/Scottish football board association, media, government, the plandemic, the want away players, the Celtic board, Rodgers, Lennon. In this order is how it all ended up a *!

I don't want him back but if he is appointed I will support him because I want the team to win, but they better put a 100 million pound release clause in his contract to prevent him from * off again

Not winning the league in Lennon's final season as manager was a perfect storm of unfortunate events that included appointing Lennon, but the pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns played a part too.
