New NBA season

Denver are effectively using a 6 man rotation at the moment. Only 3 guys came off the bench, 2 for barely 10 minutes. 3 guys playing 40+.

Hope they burn out.

 

Would love Jimmy to finally get a ring but canny see it. Jokic having one of the greatest post seasons ever and Denver are just the complete team offensively.

All the media talking about Kyrie trying to recruit Lebron to Dallas. Mike Malone will be fuming.

 

I figured Kyrie would be LA bound.

 

Apparently Lakers aren’t interested.

We all know Lebron will force them into it though and probably end up losing the likes of Reaves etc.

Denver 1 win away from their first NBA championship

 

Incredible playoff run from Jokic man. Good to see this Nuggets team finally get one after Murray’s injuries the last couple of years.

If they can stay healthy can see them winning another couple.

Always good to see a team win who’ve kept their main guys and coach for years and continually developed.

 

Having that core of Jokic, Murray, MPJ and Gordon under contract for at least 2 more years is wild. All 4 will probably only get better. Surround them by your standard vets and role players and they will be fine.

Miami on the other hand are in a weird place. Strus and Vincent are free agents and might get paid somewhere.

Just had a Finals run without Herro, I’d be seriously considering him as a trade piece for Lillard. Lowry’s contract is an issue.

 

And they seem genuinely happy as *.

Jokic and Murray especially seem certain to spend their careers there. MPJ as well constantly mentions how grateful he is they took him with all his back troubles which terrified other teams.

Genuinely happy for them man. Jokic not giving a * about the awards or the parade is funny as * man. The complete opposite of what an NBA Superstar should be.

Honestly as long as Heat keep Spo they could put out the NBA on TNT crew and probably make the playoffs.

 

That entire finals, despite not being hugely competitive, it was really refreshing.

Jokic like you said. Just wanting to go home and be with his family.

Jimmy only wanting a team win and * off questions about individual awards or HOF.

Not a huge amount of trash talk, dirty plays, complaining to refs, bad interviews… everything was really positive for basketball as a whole.

 

So happy the Bucks and Nuggets won rings man. Just makes * like this more embarrassing.

 

CP3 not getting a ring and KD needing all the help in the world is ridiculous.
