I think the fact that they were cheap meant P. Lawwell would not have objected to them, if he had any influence on our policy. Knowledge of the players was Ange's, of course.

Yeah likewise. If its how we're viewed and maybe selling ourselves then a DoF can identify with Mikey Nicholson the person person/s to continue with the vision/plan.

Less disruption should manager or few coaches leave. Downside for Celtic. They still answer to DD and PL. But it's the modern approach to take.

Yeah I agree. Should have been put in place 2 years ago but then when we got Ange he was more old school and wanted to oversee whole playing side, right down to picking B team coaches.

Been absolutely no mention of us going down that route and of doing things right he should be in b4 the manager so probably unlikely.

To be fair if we had 1 doing well some * in England would poach him within 2 years anyway so continuity wouldnt be there
