I actually think their wage bill is higher than 75 million now then getting 60 k annually in the gate has helped then immensely and they didn’t have to spend a billion like Tottenham for stadia like that

Not seen the conference draw but that Europa one is very good. Usually wouldn’t watch EL football even if it was on in the back garden (unless it’s us or final) but some decent games and will be more entertaining in some of the borefest CL knockouts.

That’s where we should be. Embarrassing a team we continually shaft and is a few years old is there year after year.

If we don’t win league I’ll take the EL instead happily. We need to start somewhere and tbf we have had some good group campaigns in it recently. 9 pts last time was it and still not enough to qualify.

 

The last 2 times we were in the EL we didn't get to 2nd round. The last time beat easily in ECL. I wouldn't be that confident in EL.

 

Europa League is about 10 times the entertainment than the CL this season.

The revamp next year desperately needs to inject life into the competition
