I like this competition. Look at what it meant to Roma last year. Really gives other teams opportunities to get into a European final - not the usual same 5/6 teams you’d expect to see in the UCL or UEL finals.

Budget wise it’s like us getting to the final of one of the domestic cups without playing the Huns.

Their squad probably cost more than all of their opponents they played combined.

 

I didn’t know that. Is that when it’s like 36 teams in the one league? If your bottom half or whatever you don’t parachute into the EL knockouts?

As for the CL auto bit I mentioned I read an article recently saying that we were in danger losing it season after next im sure it was unless there a serious upturn in results this season.
