Jesus he saw us coming didn't he? If your not all in then you are not in and need to go bullshit he spews at players clearly doesn't aply to him. He should have announced his intention to find a new club at the end of the season, we could have said goodbye and the club prepared for his successor. Instead he was sleekit hedging his bets incase it fell through.

If he serenaded Desmond with 500 Miles I wonder what he sang to Levy My Old Mans Dustman?

He won't have interviewed anywhere without the club knowing.

One oz sport host saying ange may be using spurs as a stepping stone to get his dream job. The Liverpool manager could be what he is doing

"Only focused on cup final, whilst interviewing with Spurs lol"

In the end they were condescending us with the pish, treating us like mugs...

No coincidence to be honest the results from 13th of May, * was not committed and was already checked out, playing Scott Bain ffs!

Yeah, I hope that his days in England are nothing but catastrophic failure.

To be honest in a years time if we fill the vacancy correctly and strengthen again will anyone really care?

He came in and sorted out a * show then left us in a position of power. Yes he sold us the dream but at the end of the day he’s 57 and he’s been a Liverpool fan since he was a kid. Was very unlikely he’d go straight from us to Liverpool plus the draw of the EPL is just too big nowadays. It’s a cutthroat business now and loyalty is a rarity.

Wish him all the best and that’s it, the connection is gone and it will either turn out to be the best move he’s made or the worst.

    Just cant get enough
Both rounds of interviews but fully focussed on the job here? Aye right.
I get that we need to move on but really surprised that the majority of our fans seem ok with the way he’s done this.

Don't let the process and details of his move take the light off of what a brilliant 2 seasons it was watching Celtic under him.

We enjoyed, he's gone, we move on.

    Get the thread moved

The only good thing about him joining Spurs as opposed to Wolves, Leeds, Crystal Palace etc is that he won't ransack our team.

Can't see their shareholders/fans being happy if Harry Kane * off and they go and sign Kyogo for instance.

Think when the budget goes from a couple of million to tens of millions per player the calibre of player certainly changes.

The good thing is as well is that they would have to put their hands in their pockets for our players. I can't see it happening.

Exactly, treating us like mugs and condescending us with the "fully focused" pish... Starting to look a bit like a snake the more that comes out.

I can only assume they are not aware of how much he lead the Club, and us, up the garden path these last few weeks especially (he was heavily involved in the planning for next season/signing targets etc) or they don't care seeing how it was only the board.
Personally I wouldn't cross the street to see the * now because all I think about was him thumping his chest on Saturday and all those interviews about him valuing the type of individual a player was blah * blah.... when he has shown us all what type of individual he is...

It's entirely possible to still be professional and focused on your current job, while also looking for your next move. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Get this thread moved and let's focus on our own future. I wish him luck and look on with interest but it's time to move onward and upward. Knutsen signed yet?

Go ask your wife/partner if you can do two things at once? No need to report back because I know the answer :giggle1:
