I’m truly amazed that people would have him back.
He had an abysmal record in Europe…we got skelped by just about everybody - no teams feared coming to parkhead

Our defence was extremely poor - as were a lot of his signings.
His success came when Rangers were in the lower tiers

That’s the worry for me. Sometimes better the devil you know as they say.

 

No point being bitter about the way he left. It's increasingly apparent you can't get too attached to players or coaches. I want the best manager we can realistically get, and he'd be up there. Don't think he'll be back though.

We got skelped by everybody except Man City.

He had two awful groups but still managed more points than Ange on both occassions despite Ange getting one of the most favourable CL groups we've ever had.

His record wasn't wonderful by any means but we've had worse in Europe.

Getting through the qualifying rounds in two successive seasons was certainly a decent feat in itself.

And the Huns weren't in the lower tiers when he came in. They were in the SPFL.

Don’t think I can stomach looking at Rodgers face in our dugout, or us getting taken apart with his rubbish tactics in Europe.

Rodgers is EPL relegation fodder. Not good enough. And no integrity as a man most importantly.

His time has come and gone.

I can't see him getting another prem job or a team on that level/wages so I can't see him doing another runner.

Ultimately if he were to bring success then bring him in.

I can see Rodgers going abroad. I'm sure I read that he learned or was learning Spanish.

Rodger’s recruitment was terrible some dead wood there for sure all recruitment has risks

 

Thinking a one season deal for Rodgers especially to tide things over and cover the CL campaign and that gives us time to find the eventual successor to Ange.
