We can’t fall into the trap of pre Ange where we held onto players that didn’t want to be here. Similar to Ange the guy has one last chance at a massive move, which he undoubtedly deserves. If we get £20 million plus then sell sell sell. We can be so much stronger with this and the CL money.
    Harsh reality.

25mil ish I reckon as its the EPL. No doubt we will then spend a month haggling over 1mil for a player in true Lawell style

Ange will 100% try and take Kyogo, one of his Aussie followers/pals whatever he was said that Ange would take him anywhere with him. Those guys seem to know everything about Ange, probably even know what his jobby tastes like.

Wonder why he never tried taking him when he was in Japan.

£30 million that’s being floated around and he’s gone.

Could do a lot with that money. I’d miss him though, he’s a class player.

He’s not signed a new deal so if we get a good offer, 20 million plus, then take it. No doubt.

Too cheap for 34 goals. They're flipping loaded down there. Another striker like him will be tough to find.

Honestly unsure if I'd take £30m as mad as that sounds. He is so good, and really unique in his qualities. I'm not convinced we could replace him with someone of the same quality.

£25m and above would be silly not to take. Kyogo is incredible and a fantastic player, but he is definitely replaceable for that price and I feel we could use that money (+ the rumoured £30m net budget) to go after some really ambitious targets.

If you get even 20m for Kyogo, you bite the hand off the mad * wanting to pay it!
Aye, cracking striker at this level, but the wee man has arms like noodles and cannie even lift the * league trophy.

Gimme a Sutton-type over a gimp type anyday of the week...

DANNY DEVINE turned up at Hampden on Saturday braced to combat a masterclass in movement from Celtic hitman Kyogo Furuhashi. And then, for around 38 minutes, the striker did next to nothing.

Just as Devine and his teammates may have been lulling themselves into a false sense of security though, in a flash, the top scorer in the country had escaped his attentions and the ball was in the back of the Inverness net.

The centre-back was gutted to have lost Kyogo for that crucial opener after the Championship underdogs had limited Celtic and their star striker to very little in front of goal in a stuffy first half, but he says that the genius of the Japanese is that you can never afford to take your eye off him for a second.

“I actually thought the heat affected them as well as us,” Devine said.

“I thought it was a very sluggish game. Maybe it was because we sat in and they were being patient.

“I thought ‘Kyogo doesn’t do much off the ball’. I think he rests off the ball. Then bang, he’s away and he has that sharpness.

Obviously he took his goal well and obviously I’m bitterly disappointed with the first goal. But if you give him that half yard, he will punish you.
“You’re trying to watch the ball then they’ve got other players. I think Greg Taylor found himself in the Number 10 position a few times so you’re trying to watch that.

“Kyogo is there hanging off the back of you not doing much then he springs into action. That’s his game, he’s very sharp. It was a sore one to take.”
Inverness came into Saturday’s showpiece occasion after a four-week lay-off, and Devine says that was a factor in their defeat, if not the sole reason for it.

“Of course,” he said. “You can’t emulate game situations in training – that competitive edge, the sharpness. You just can’t do it.

“The four-week break isn’t the reason we lost. We could have had games all the way up and could have run out of steam.
“But Celtic are an incredible team. We did ourselves proud in terms of sticking to our task. We would have liked to have been a bit braver and create some more chances but it’s difficult.

We've been on a run of very good CFs for a good few years now, people must remember they don't grow on trees. That being said it seems like he wont sign a new contract so you have to cash in while you can still get a fair price, or face the consequence.

Ange has been tremendous for us, but lets be honest he's not this complete amazing * of a man, is he?

Flattered to deceive in Europe and has basically been pumped by the huns at least the last 4 matches v them
