Still optimistic, if he is definitely gone.

Brighton are proof, that even with a manager change, you can continue to play the same attacking football. Plus the new guy will improve the squad with players he trusts.

Either way, honesty goes a long way. The pish coming out of his mouth before and after the final is the worst for me. Someone mentioned the other day his thoughts on players looking at other options are quickly shipped out if the commitment has gone ,I feel if you live by that rule you should also die by it , maybe bitterness at play here but you don't say 1 thing and do another ,we only look for honesty especially after br who he will know all about ,it's hard to keep a lid on anything football related In these times ....I understand that and maybe this has gathered pace quickly and he genuinely does not know how he will land ,but sm and football has a habit of making you appear disingenuous in a short space in time , I don't need to repeat all the quotes he has said ,the 1 I will mention is saying he won't jump ship at the first offer from epl he is gonna build a legacy , not in 2 years sorry ...if he leaves its similar to br and casts a shadow over his short reign for me souring many great memories now ,how do you trust anyone with a decent rep staying after this .

Good question too... Ange built up trust with his previous transfers and titles.. I'm not sure the same budget will be afforded to the next manager straight off the bat

 

Did he get the tan topped up and the teeth re-whitened? Only then will I start sweating bullets!

Seriously though, he’d have some set on him to even attempt it. And so would the board.

 

Whole thing stinks and has severly soured his reputation and popularity now. Not that he'll give a * though, he's clearly a social chameleon. Fully expect him to be down there playing the spurs character, whatever the * that is.

 

Even if he had another Dembele and Sinclair, it would be extremely unlikely.

 

Annoying as * i know,but to be fair to him if he says anything good or bad it will just lead to another question and another after that.
I guess from his point of view the less he says the better.Sure we all want to know whats going on but maybe even he isnt sure at the moment and doesnt want to commit himself to anything untill he knows fo sure.

I know thats no good to us the fans but from his point of view its probable the best way to deal with the questions.

But I would question if Spuds came calling after Conte was sacked would he of done the same.. and I'd have to say probably..
