He got shafted by DD and Lawell and in return he shafted the club by leaving mid-season. fans emotions were just collateral damage

 

Didn’t he say to Dembele about leaving in the Jan window and not the summer and it wasn’t a club in China? I mean it was a few seasons ago so can’t remember fully.

I despise the * for what he done but from objective pov he's probably best available candidate n if he goes to * pit in September and wins most folk would be back on board

 

Could Harry Kewell step up perhaps? If not then someone like Mattias Jaissle young manager at RB Salzburg has a 70% win ratio.

 

He tried to punt him to Brighton in that window telling them they were a bigger club than us. He then tried to take him to China with him in the summer

True but 3 trebles in a rows hard to argue against

 

Ah that’s the club he talked about at the time.

Couldn’t remember who it was. Again I still can’t recall * all about China, but I am getting auld.

 

It's been poorly handled from his end, whether that be the fault of his agent or not fact is a situation has been created that even if a deal falls through with Spurs It's going to be a struggle for things to go back to the way they were hear in terms of his relationship with MN, DD and PL. All of whom to their credit placed a tremendous amountbof trust and faith in Ange in terms of the control they gave him. Which is no small part of the reason his project here was able to succeed. He will not find the Spurs board anywhere near as trusting or as gracious.

 

If and it’s a big if Rodger’s comes back then I think he’s walking into a better squad than he did first time around.

Rodgers only problem (and a big one) was he left through a season. I got his reasons for leaving. Without more investment he couldn't take Celtic a step further.
