I know it’s early days and stuff but the names at the top of that list to replace Ange give me the fear.

Moyes, Clark? Be as well with * Sam Allardyce.

Brown and Maresca? Not experienced enough.

It simply has to be * Knutsen. Or someone in that mould. Rodgers brings too much negativity back to the club, don’t think we could get Potter.

Huns absolutely desperate for Ange to leave but then just noticed a headline accusing him of running away from Michael Beale

In his interviews he says things like “the club are planning for next season” etc etc not “we are planning for next season and the CL” maybe reading too much into it. Personally, as I said a few days ago I can’t see why he’d turn down such an opportunity. Yes I know they are a basket case but he’ll maybe think so were we before he arrived.

At that point though Spurs wanted Slot from Feyenoord.

His interview yesterday feels like a copy of his Yokohama Marinos one just before he came here.

I still believe it will be as simple as if he is offered that job he is gone. What I am not sure is that he will be offered the job.

He is in the running by the sounds of it but if Luis Enrique turns around and says he will take it I think Spurs will go for him.

They are all in on Ange now by the sounds of it. Only hope now is for Levy to * it at the last minute but sounds like everything has been agreed and its just a case of announcing it.

Managers come and go. We've managed before and we will manage now. He even told us not to get too attached to players also...

I said to @McGrory1888 I felt he would be announced by them Monday and the daily mail are now saying similar about a meeting so you can be sure it's done.

If you watched the sky documentary transfer window agents are at it all the time and according to the fresh reports this morning its Frank Trimboli who is punting his name. One of his best pals. So his comments yesterday about it not being on his radar are just soundbites.

Was firmly in the he stays camp see he's meeting levy in Monday and no real new links to other managers is concerning I'll admit to that if he does indeed go then I'll not get attached to another manager again and it will slightly sour for me we were told by the Oz boys enjoy him before he goes we gave him a massive chance and the first chance to repay us is to run I'm be gutted

The agent looks to have been pimping him out to all and sundry. He spent hours with Desmond and the board a few weeks back mapping out the clubs future etc for next season and beyond you can bet Desmond won't be happy at all

You saw a quoteless rumor, of course. Even if he were to meet Levy, there is only one outcome I expect: disappointment and breakdown of talks

Manager tenures from my years as a ST holder in 94/95

    Tommy burns - 3 years
    Wim Jansen - 1 year
Dr Jo Venglos - 1 year
    John Barnes - 8 months
    Martin O'Neil - 5 years
    Gordon Strachan - 4 years
    Tony Mowbray - 9 months
    Neil lennon - 4 years
    Ronny Deila - 2 years
Brendan Rodgers - 2 and half years
    Neil lennon - 2 years

As Celtic fans we should all know by now how football works.. its a business with little to no loyalty, see Kieran Tierney..

Anyone that gets too attached to players or managers need to wake up or even harsher grow the * up..

As even Ange said himself..if a player doesn't want to be here * him off ya go or if a better offer comes along he won't stand in his way..

We've lost better and bigger than Ange from Jock Stein, Martin O Neill, Rodgers to players like Henrik, Paul Mcstay, Tommy Burns.. its not ideal but we continue as always and it's Celtic we support whoever is in the managers dugout or wearing the Hoops.. no one man is bigger than this club

Which worries me because we went all in on him and gave him the sort of control no manager really had since MON. I don't want want to go back to another who the board think they can control
