Perhaps it was after that they promised him, since the extension was announced last week and probably done weeks prior to that.

The spurs interest is only recent, so things could of changed now.

 

Depends will he getting a decent budget for that level and is he happy to be in Europa when he has champions league football
I don’t think he would be happy if he’s to sell kane for 120 million and gets virtually nothing of it to spend because we all know that new stadium is a drain for them just now and need it paid off


All depends what spurs plan is goi g forward and if ange likes it or not don’t think it’s as clear as if spurs offers him he’s off 100 per cent

I don't think Ange necessarily thinks like that, I think it depends on how far he thinks he can take us. Everyone's talking about him wanting another crack at the CL, if he thinks he can take us to the last 16 and beyond then he'll want to do that here (and will know that a Spurs or bigger will come calling again if he does). If he doesn't think we've got a chance of getting out of the groups any time soon then a club like Spurs becomes more attractive.

IMO the bigger issue for Ange will be how the club is run. He'll want a forward looking club who buy into his vision and whose board will work with him to deliver it. Spurs are a basket case just now. For me Brighton would be a far more attractive prospect for him and he didn't go there so I don't see any reason to worry about him going to Spurs.

 

If Ange does go to Rottenham after the cup final, we should give JK a caretaker role.

If Ange isn't back before our first SPFL game, he'll be back in plenty of time for our first CL game.

The Rottenham job isn't something you do as a career move, it's something you do in your * lunch break

Which is strange as it's a crime ridden * hole. Although Manchester and Liverpool aren't much better.

 

I think for him to leave it would take something like Arsenal, Liverpool, Dortmund, Atletico, Inter etc etc something of that ilk. I think Spurs may just about make the grade in that regard even though they’re not as big as any of those clubs. Hope this rumour dies rapid. One thing in our favour is the fact Daniel Levy is a * by all accounts

I like Ange as a person(comes across well)and i like his style of football,but if he decides to go i wont be to bothered.We have been here before and we will replace him and move on

If im being really honest i think we have been losing a bit of our spark as the season has progressed,ok we have stilll been winning games but i remember their was a period where we were completely dominating games and playing fast attacking football and looked like scoring at every attack but at time has passed i feel we have lost that spark.

Maybe it could be time for him to move but then again perhaps a few new faces could liveing things up,any id be happy if he stays but wont be to * off if he moves on.

Not sure what to make of the Sky interview. I did hope when Ange came here he was coming for a bit more than 2 seasons. I’d like to see a manager do a decent stint (something over 3 years) at the club and properly build something. There’s still more ways to push the squad i.e. Europe, but it just doesn’t happen anymore
