Was in Sydney last week, at a Smashing Pumpkins and Janes Addiction (and a few others) show, which had wrestling on in between te bands. Not that I follow wrestling all that much, but was news to me that Billy Corgan owned a wresting promotion.

Yeah he bought NWA in about 2018. He had been involved with wrestling before that too.

It looks awful and graphics are worse than any other wrestling game the past 10 year.

I think the graphics are passable and I'm someone who still plays games from 70s to 90s so graphics aren't a big thing for me. I want something playable and fun. WWE games aren't that no matter how good the graphics are. The main issue the game has is the price £50 does seem a lot as the game doesn't have many game options and apparently CAW is thin. I think they will patch it etc but I think at £50 it should include all of the planned DLC for season 1.

I dont think wwe games are anything good either, theres not been a good wrestling game to play since THQ developed the old smackdown vs raw games back in the day.

Yeah, they were top notch. Somehow they just fell off a cliff. The mechanics of wrestling, with a ring etc will never be perfect and I get that but they were fun. I feel like the last decent game we had was WWE All Stars and that was quite a shallow game with a poor caw and very little game types but it was a good pick up and play. That's why I'm happy if Fight Forever is that. I just want a fun game. I wouldn't pay £50 for it though. I think WWE Battlegrounds had the chance to be the fun game and could have been but they just split people into 4 groups and gave each person in the group the same moves.
Sadly it will lack legends and only have Owen Hart and Sting, the Hardys and Christian aren't far off being those I suppose. WWE have a lot of agreements tied up, maybe AEW could look at ones not taken up or maybe work with NJPW to have a forbidden door expansion.

Main Event for AEW All In, MJF Vs Adam Cole. I was hoping it would be Saraya in the main event so I could leave early and get the bus home.

Surprised punk is not in the main event, considering the price for tickets and the venue i imagine most people going would have been expecting Punk as the final match of the night.

Punk will be main eventing All Out the following week in Chicago.
I didn't expect Punk to main event and to be honest I don't know anybody who thought he would main event, I think he will be there in some capacity but I'm not sure he will wrestle. Punk Vs Omega would be ideal.

Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, has passed away.

Absolutely loved him in the Wyatt Family, hope he's at peace.

    36 years old. :(

Just read there was some undisclosed illness over the past few months, but that really is truly tragic. Thoughts are with his family and friends. RIP

Apparently he had heart issues generally, which might explain why he wasn't around that much but he got COVID and it exacerbated those problems. 36 no * age, he had young kids and I hope they get the support they need.
