137 one of them i think but he has been phenomenal here. All morning you could see he was right at it..

Wilson has crumbled under how much pressure John's put him in..

You're right I missed the end of it there. 4-0 incoming and John will sail it if he stays steady. Be good to see him stay at this level though, it's been a while since he's done this.

    Proper hammered him..

His breaks and long potting were fantastic. Best I've seen him in years..

Usually you'd watch him last couple year and he'd grind it out or rely on misses to clear up with smaller breaks..

    Looked like potting everything..

I feel like snooker will really suffer when the likes of Mark Williams, John Higgins and Ronnie O'Sullivan retire. The newer players just aren't all that interesting for me.

They’ll be a massive loss. It’s mental that in the 30 years since they came on the scene, the only “young” players that have come onto the scene with anything even remotely close to them are probably Trump and Kyren Wilson. And Wilson has never won a thing.

I'd put Selby ahead of both those guys you mention. On his day he is up there with the best ever, just his consistency that's been lacking at times.

even he turned professional in the 90s, same with Neil Robertson. Judd Trump is the only person to turn professional since 2000 to win the World Championship.

Aye none of them have that draw for me or the personality..

I can't go the likes of Selby. Even the other night that Wilson was cracking jokes cause the ref said they had to sort it out with 2 reds being blocked by a pink over the cushion. His face was tripping him :giggle1:

All of them are a bit meh for me. Might be an age thing as I grew up watching the old guard....but nah..

It'll deffo be a weaker sport once they all bow out..

Yeah mate he’s 40 this year himself though. As mentioned by Westlondonscot he went pro in the 90s, which is more what I was getting at. Shaun Murphy too started as a pro in the late 90s.
