It will be the Sunday. Let’s the pitch get ripped up the day before to try and knock us off our stride.

Glad we got them. They ruin final day if they get there. Plus pretty much a guaranteed final ticket.

This. Winning a treble against them would be the icing on the cake :62: although the carnage they would have caused is at least avoided, to a large degree, now so that’s one benefit.

Massive, massive opportunity for us here.

Beale has won a * load of games, but if there's one thing the Rangers supporters can never bring themselves to believe it's that Celtic are better than them. Therefore, failing to win games against us is always met with sheer bemusement and staunch anger. We saw the criticism he came in for after drawing 2-2 at Ibrox against us, and the knives were out after the League Cup final too.

If Celtic put Rangers to the sword at Parkhead and then again in the Scottish Cup semi, there will literally be no excuse for him. Failing to win 4 matches in a row against Celtic will have him seriously up against it and possibly even removed from his job in the summer (granted, that would be highly doubtful).

Rangers supporters are currently clinging onto the idea that they simply didn't pick their best team against us in the last 2 games. That Cantwell and Raskin, who have done the square root of * all in their entire careers nevermind at Rangers, are the answer to their problems. Because of course it is - they can't accept that we're the better team and simply have better players. That's why Beale is currently getting away with it a touch at the mo - because their fans are desperately clinging onto the idea of him just picking the wrong players. Of course, being as thick as * as they are, they're forgetting just how much they lauded Lundstram and Tillman before Hampden. But hey ho.

If we win both of these games in April, it'll be absolutely massive in more ways than one. Rangers fans will run out of excuses and Beale will be hanging onto his job with his fingertips.

    * end them Celtic.

I agree that Beale won't be sacked but he will be under huge pressure if he is beaten twice and, depending on the score and performance, could be in very hot water.

I love that they keep saying that they lost the final because Beale picked the wrong team... The same Beale who is the brains of their only league title win?

Beale is a massive mouthpiece and has royally failed to live up to his words. He needed to beat us in the league to have a chance at the title, he failed. He needed to beat us in the league cup final to show signs of progression and get a trophy, he failed.

If you're a betting man, would you back us to win both games in April or them?

Not sure, because they got enough grief about the state of the "national stadiums pitch" the last time, but probably if they can get away with it.

One thing that's for sure, it'll be whichever one they get the most money from TV companies for. No way they're not milking this for all it's worth when they know that the Huns won't let our fans into their ground

I go to the Royal every Tuesday for physiotherapy and there's two huns who also attend when I'm there. They aren't the brightest pair (like the rest of them) and constantly talk pish. Their main topic of conversation is the huns of course and they were saying today that, if they start with the same team that they did against Hibs they will "beat us no problem". They also reckon that they have a great chance of beating us at Parkhead in the league with that team and that our bottle will then crash. I just kept on thinking to myself (while I peddled away in pain) that it's the hope that kills them. Hopefully they are still attending the hospital after our games against them so that I can see the hurt and pain in their big fat ugly faces.

Covid season aside they have a squad full of proven bottlers, it's hilarious their talk recently has been about applying pressure to us and they just know Ange will crack, as if he wasn't under massive pressure from the minute he came in the door last season.

Even when they won that league they still managed to bottle the cups against the so called diddy teams, we imploded so hard they'll never have an open shot at a treble like that again and they shat it.

6 times in a season is brutal. No wonder so many take the * outta it. Need league reconstruction where it means we only play each other twice in the league.

It's not uncommon for leagues to have teams playing 4 times. Belgium, Austria, Denmark and Croatia all have it, probably others too. We just happen to have 2 domestic cups.
It probably would be better with just 2 league matches, having at least 4 games each season and rarely less than 5 does make it less special. But as it changed to 4 league games a season nearly 50 years ago I don't see it changing back now.

Haha another ex ref saying another one of our players (Hatate this time) should be retrospectively band for the semi final.

Hun players diving every game, Kent literally dives 3-4 times a game, yet we get singled out again hahaha

The main reason is won't change is because smaller clubs won't vote for league expansion as it means less games against us and the scum, therefore there are less frequent pay days when we visit.
