Not that I know much about arsenal or anything but they were saying he was a future captain and any time I seen him play he was tremendous for them. Just strange (to me anyway) that he’s out in the lurch now

If Man City weren't the most overrated team in football, I'd back Arsenal to absolutely bottle this league. Think they'll squeak it through

Nathan Jones was a weird risk, they were doing badly so tried a relatively newbie rather than a trusted hand. I think it's now to late for Southampton.

Can’t quite believe Ellis Simms started this game.

It's not been a big match in years. It was big in the 90s then lots of Liverpool fans started treating Manchester United as a bigger rivalry.

Bbc reporting Southampton want March as preferred choice. Surely that must mean every other * has turned them down.

I know people think Arteta is a * but I think he's right about the Brentford result, the apology means nothing and the VAR ref didn't do his job. It wasn't human error, it was incompetence. Offside decisions shouldn't be wrong with VAR.

He's absolutely correct. He's a * and I think his behaviour on the touchline is out of order at times but he's absolutely right here. How the * can you get that wrong? It's clearly offside.

It's mental to say but Tierney doesn't suit our system either. He's not good enough or controlled enough on the ball to play more centrally.

He will go to someone like Newcastle this summer and be * class. Teams who play high, wide attacking full backs. Eddie Howe will get the best out of him, it pains me to say.

I’d imagine there will be teams on the continent interested in KT as well. Seems like the type to want to stay based in Britain though.

Newcastle would be a brilliant fit for him, and as you say, Howe would definitely get the best out of him.

If Newcastle get European Football next year, I can really see them going to the next level. Means they'll be able to spend more and that will help bridge the gap between themselves and the rest of the 'big 6'.

Huge club, huge fan base with an excellent manager/coach. They also a fund worth £400b backing them up. Could go really really well for KT if he managed to get a move there.

They’re a stick on for top 4 if they can cut the 0-0 draws out. They hardly concede any goals either he’s got them playing brilliantly so fair * to him.

I’ve always had a sort of grudging respect for Newcastle fans. Follow them through everything and while they can be a bit above their stations at times, they love their team. I’d say out of all the oil funded teams they sort of deserve it :giggle1:

I would flip it mate and say that they deserve it the least of all teams because i am highly confident that the oil money is the worst thing to ever happen to a club. When those billionaires pull out the clubs will be majorly *.
