These types of pitches and when teams set up with 10 behind the ball Oh is the style of player who will relish in it. The strength of the lad and quickness to track back to front is excellent

    Agreed.
Clever roll that got Considine sent off. Strong as an ox and good movement about this lad.
I think Ange is easing him in, these heavy pitches are ideal for Oh with his brute strength.

Looks very good so far. Would’ve had his first chance if it wasn’t for that diddy. Gonna be frustrating for him I think though if he’s only getting 10 mins at the end of game. Not really the time of season where we will be leaving Kyogo on the bench with the important league run in now and being in the latter stages of the cups.

So far so good... needs a goal and a bit more game time to kick off his Celtic career proper

Looks like he has something about him. I would like to see him getting more game time.

We need to give Kyogo a rest at times.

yeah its gonna be tough for him to get a run of games at tail end a season

hes no cup tied is he ? can he play againt stmirrent next weekend ? perfect opportunity for him and ange and us to see what hes got from the start, personally think he looks a star in the making

problems with bringing a player on when a game is won, the rest of the team naturally drop the standards and a striker especially cause goals is their measurement, doesn't get the time with a team buzzing to go and full of energy ! seen it so much through the years when we bring on subs in the 2nd half, its like they have to score a wonder goal to stand out

Exactly. I know Ange wants to make sure we win, but it's not like we don't have a hefty lead on the zombies. A risk of a tough match is worth it, to raise Oh's confidence by granting him a start.

He won't start next week i don't think, but should hopefully get more than just 15 minutes.

He can't be cup tied coming from another country.

dont think its too much of a risk against stmirren at parkhead, the rest of the team stays the same just have kyogo on the bench in case we need him

I couldn’t agree any less. We need to keep the momentum going until it’s won, then we can * about with players. If we lose they’re tails would be up and although I know they are murder, stranger things have happened. Strongest team every week.

The biggest argument against this is the need to maintain the happiness of the squad. If we want to keep Turnbull (homegrown quota player), he'll have to start a few games. Might as well rest Kyogo a bit. Our squad is capable, but discontent can break everything.

Far too early to be worrying about him not getting minutes, he's barely in the door and only trained with the team for about a week. Once he's fully up and running don't think he'll have any problem getting games like GG, Oh is 100% an Ange player and much better suited to the system, expect him to rotate with Kyogo much more often than GG did.

you know its not a league game of course aye, but yes i get your point we dont need to be encouraging them

i just dont think we should allow fear to stop us rotating at times, it could be said that kyogo could get injured playing all the time and then we have to play a new untested player and hope to * he scores the goals ?

just want him in with the team when they are playing at 100% from the start rather than playing 10/20 mins in 2nd half when the game is won and everyone is thinking about what their having for tea or doing later and oh doesnt really see and play with the real us

Of course I do but my point is, strongest team every week, regardless of the competition. If we were that worried we should have kept GG until the summer.

Can't think of any reason he can't play.
