    This is going on too long. Looking like it's dying a death, and I won't be too fussed if it does to be honest. Have to question a player's true desire to be here if it's taking him this long to make a decision.

    I get Celtic isn't the be-all and end-all for everyone, but for a player playing in the South Korean league to not be itching to get this done is frustrating. And probably suggests he'll be itching to move on the first chance he gets.

    Presumptuous, I know, but long drawn out transfer sagas barely ever end well.

    No- he's decided to stay till summer, and even the rumors of his club lining up a replacement won't change that. It's just good proactive business from them.

    I agree it's a mental saga, and I know what you mean- we've put a lot of effort into this. It just did not pan out. I'd love to hear the specific details of what we offered Jo, maybe that pops up in a few months. Because, as things stand now, we've not really had a ready backup unlike the case when McGree snubbed us.

    So is Gvardiol of Croatia. Came to hug his mommy in the stands after the win over Brazil. If it came to not replacing GG at all, or getting Jo by some miracle, of course I'd take Jo. Of course, if GG stayed, we'd know what we have. Jo might be worse, better, or roughly equal.
