It's no coincidence that a our good performances and big results against the huns have come when GG has played. When kyogo plays against them we have been poor.

We also probably wouldn't have won the last 2 visits to swinecastle if kyogo had played.

It's either going to be someone out of the blue, or we've decided that we can hold a 9 point lead with what we have.

Strikers we were linked with recently:

Gyu-seong Jo: decided to stay at Jeonbuk.

Casper Tengstedt: moved to Benfica for major money.

Hyeon-gyu-Oh: club accepted our bid from a money standpoint, but asked that we loan him back to them until summer. No news since.

Said Hamulić: supposed to be flying to Toulouse today, to sign for them.

Ladislav Almasi: injured for 6 weeks, we are unlikely to buy him then.

Szymon Wlodarczyk: we've made an inquiry, but seemingly pulled out after finding out they want 3.5M for him.

Thiago Santana: source of the link was rubbished by a reputable Japan-based journalist.

He's been treated poorly. Kyogo is definitely the managers pet.

Anonymous and still scored signed of a good player. GG is good impact off the bench and kyogo is what Ange wants unreal movement good finisher drags defenders out of place frees up space etc.

Got to trust Ange, it is frustrating though as he's a popular player..

Wouldn’t have won the league cup either without Kyogo or is that forgotten about by some when he was injured aswell. I do think GG offers something in certain games but Kyogo suits Ange ball much more

We better not be accepting a * £5M offer for GG, worth far more than that to us and been key for so many games for us.

If he leaves before we have a replacement in as well then it’s * as * after us doing so well with transfers since Ange has came in.

I love Kyogo but I really like GG.

Something that speaks volumes for me is when we lost Kyogo 5 mins in to the hun game in Sept. I don't think anyone thought "aw naw thats us *" with 2nd choice coming on just right GG will do his thing instead.

Yep. He will be a loss, not a the greatest footballer but his physicality and instinct in the box won't be easy to replace.

Not saying Kyogo hasn’t score agains the zombie he has been dire against them in every game bar the goal.

Big Jackie hasn’t had a look in at all this season.

He hasn’t contributed, really? Come on in all honesty that’s not true is it.

link up play touch etc can be said about Kyogo also.

No, but that was over a year ago now and other than, maybe, hearts at home last year it's the last big game that can be pointed to where kyogo was truely the difference.

I honestly think it's a myth that kyogo suits the system better, considering our biggest results have come when he isn't on the field and we have, mostly, been poor in the big games when he plays.

Not saying kyogos a bad player btw, just think GG was a better option, and the roles should have been reversed.

I never said hadn’t contributed I said contributed a bit Kyogo makes more space for other players with his runs and movements both offer different things I trust Ange to get the right player in

The two of them would have been away in the summer if that were the case. There was interest in them then

Apologies a bit, well it’s more than a bit, as you can see with most of the replies on this thread.

If finishing top goal scorer playing much less and helping us win the league is a bit imagine what more than a bit could do.

Only finished top scorer as Kyogo was injured for half of last season. He has contributed don’t get me wrong I trust Ange to know what he’s doing.

had it actually been confirmed he’s even away?
