    Asian players have a good historic link with the Bundesliga. Good luck to him.

    But he is gonna have to do well to make a bigger move from there. Even the boy who was scoring for them regularly only made a move to Notts Forest.

    It took Anthony Modeste years of consistently hitting double figures in the Bundes and injuries to other players for BVB to sign him from Koln.

    But its obviously still an attractive destination.

    Well if that's the case we need a striker in Asap with important games coming up and if kyogo gets injured we are playing maeda or Abada up front not ideal to be honest.

    Correct. That article refers to a Jeonbuk official saying Cho prefers Mainz. Might be Celtic FC have been notified by the agent of this, though?

    Waiting on the decision of Jo himself this weekend.

    For the club our size we really should have a third striker we saw last season when kyogo and GG got injured we ended up playing Dawson up front and we should have learned our lesson there and it's biting us in the * again this season.

    I don't mind him playing the odd time up front but not prolific enough for me over a season misses too many chances but the last couple of games has scored a nice couple of goals .

    I agree. The thinking is probably that the chances of us having both main strikers out same time is probably low considering we only play one a time.

    I do think we need a third striker but it would need to be a project type because very few players will be happy to come in knowing they're third choice.

    It's where the challenge of creating a quality squad comes into play with a club like ours as we can't pay enough to keep guys on the bench.

    Yeah, we're struggling to keep GG happy and give him enough minutes as it is while it's just him and Kyogo competing, but people think we could keep three decent level strikers happy? While we play one up top it's almost certainly going to be two recognised starters in the squad, with Maeda or a young project behind them for backup.

    Only thing I’ve seen is their manager saying he’s expecting him to leave and that he was quite keen on Mainz. Ask Derek Rae said they had pulled out of it or weren’t going any higher, so that probably rules Mainz out. That was from they very top of Mainz too.
