My 2 cents are he wants to leave go to Europe but he knows he's riding the crest of a wave from the WC so it comes down to a big decision does he back himself to go and do the business here and win a move to England or is he scared like many before him * come to a settled team not get a chance and end up losing all the momentum gained from the WC if he doesn't back himself maybe it's best to look elsewhere GG hasn't been given the respect he earned last season and if he wants to go I'd say it's more down to gametime or lack of shall I say tough decision for Cho but we can't wait around forever either

With him saying its his dream to go to the EPL, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see some * like Nottingham Forest or Leicester come in for him.

Huge decision for him to make on a personal level.

Yes, we see Celtic as the pinnacle of football but it's obviously not going to be like that for him. It's also a completely different ball game in South Korea than it is in Japan. Japanese teams are far more open about allowing their players to leave for Europe so that they can fulfill their potential and ambitions. South Korean teams are like every other club in the world. They're like us. They want as much money for their players as they possibly can.

Moving abroad will be big for any player. It's thousands of miles away from home, more than likely to a country who doesn't speak his language and with a completely different culture to what he is used to in Korea. I have no problems with him taking his time and deciding what the best move is. If he wants to go and play in Germany, no panic buttons need to be hit. We will have other targets that we will then move on to. Ange is not going to put up with any bullshit, we all know that. He will give the lad the time that he feels is adequate and decide the next course of action for our club.

As many have said in here, we need to trust Ange to do what is right.

Get this * to *, no * had heard of him six months ago and now its like we are in a bidding war with the cream of Europe for the Fonz.

He looks amazing in a pair of speedos, but I'm getting Viduka vibes without the talent about Cho and we shouldn't waste a squirt of * on this deal.

Pay GG the cash he wants!

 

Don't see why some people take such mad offense at this notion, we're a decent sized team in a not so great league, can't think of many foreign players or non-celtic fans whose ambition would be to play fpr us in scotland. It's not a personal insult if a player has multiple offers and wants to weigh them up before moving to the other side of the world. People calling him a * and spitting the dummy because the deal isn't done yet need to get a grip.

Remember GG almost went to bremen before he came to us, is he a * for that? Naw, he was just a professional trying to get the best move for himself, both in playing terms and financials. On the flip side of this, now that he and JJ are possibly leaving this window do we expect them and us to just accept the first offer and be punted overnight, or hold out for the best possible deal?

Some deals drag, it's not unique to us, it happens at every club.
