    They made significant changes to internal process in late 2019 or early 2020. Less outsourcing in general and definitely more scrutiny in who they outsource to.

    Think that has more to do that his ideas for the player and the club sold the move to him. Not convincing him or begging on his knees to get him here.

    There's a difference between selling the club, the direction it's heading and what Ange as a coach can do for you and literally begging someone to come to the club.

    I have no doubt Ange highlights what's amazing about this club when he's talking to players. Every company in the world does the same.

    Think that was more people within the dressing room (not necessarily players) who couldn’t keep their mouth shut :56:but we’ve definitely tightened things up and just generally seem more professional now.

    He's obviously going to speak to who he wants in. His vision for the club his tactics and what he wants his players to do. I reckon if he then sees a reluctance to join or commit he'd be pretty much nonplussed and move on. He's not gonnae try and beg

    This is what I was saying elsewhere. I don't know what people are basing their opinion of him on.

    He very well could be, but some people seen confident he is an instant upgrade. Noone other than staunch K-League fans can say that confidently let's be honest.

    Even then every transfer is different. Let's just see.
