Started off rocky for me regarding passing but as the game went on grew into it.

Think he is just rusty and getting up to speed. Think he will be quality for us.

Grew into the game brilliantly I thought, belter of a ball for Maeda for the first goal then grew in confidence.

Bit more game time he’ll kick on.

I didnae see that at all. Great pass for the first goal but, other than that, was poor all game.

 

He's raw but there's a player in there. He'll get a run of games now, which will hopefully allow him to kick on.

 

Think he got better as game went on, but a long way to go.

 

Bit raw sometimes but hopefully he will sharpen up with a run of games while GT is out.
That pass for Maeda was a beaut.

I didn’t think he had a great game but I appreciated how he endeavoured to play the role properly even when it wasn’t going well. He’s also contributed with the pass for the goal and not given anything daft away.

That’s what you need from a younger player or a player trying to adjust. Don’t give up, keep working hard and find a way to contribute.

He’s still a lot to learn but he has the makings of a really good player. He’s got a great chance to take the starting spot off Taylor over next few weeks if he keeps stepping up.

I'd be tempted to send him on loan to a Hibs or something for the rest of the season and get another left back in..

Got qualities but isn't ready or trusted fully yet. Go and play every week where if he does mistake it won't be costly..
