Did well for his debut. I also get the felling he's going to be one of those players of ours that the great unwashed absolutely loathe, which is a bonus.

Bhoy did very well, thrown into the cesspit on your debut can't have been easy.

He sounds intelligent and grounded in his interview there, hopefully he keeps up this kind of performance, can’t wait to see him in the future!

In addition to playing well he caused Lundstram to go off bubbling like a big blouse so that's cool too!

Celtic defender Alistair Johnston has praised Hoops boss Ange Postecoglou and his coaching staff for the 'trust' they showed in him.

The right-back made his debut for the Scottish champions as the Bhoys drew 2-2 against Rangers at Ibrox.

It was a baptism of fire for the 24-year-old as he played the whole game against Michael Beale's men.

Speaking to Celtic TV post-match, he revealed how he found out he was starting.

He said: "They brought me aside, the manager and the coaching staff and said ‘look you are ready for this as you have played in big matches and have just played in the World Cup. ‘This is something we think you are ready for and believe in you.’

“I just went out there and tried to build that chemistry with the lads that I have over the last couple of weeks and build that trust.

"There was a lot more space out there than in training. Our training is usually so tight and so fast.

"It is designed like that for a reason so that you come out to these matches and massive occasions not feeling overwhelmed. Because if you look around there was a lot of space to work with."

Johnston was also keen to stress how much belief there is in the current Celtic squad. Despite him only being in Glasgow for just over a month, he already feels the confidence ebbing its way through the dressing room.

And he highlighted the bouncebackability that Postecoglou has installed into the team.

He continued: "The first thing it comes down to is belief from every single player and the coaching staff.

"We never settle. Even when we equalised the older lads are going 'let's push for another one'.

"For younger players coming through, me especially, and you see that drive and that urge to pick up three points in every match along with remembering that it is never over.

"It just fills you with that confidence that anything is possible. We have that ability that no matter the situation we always think we are going to create that next chance.

"We proved that today on the biggest stage."

We need a few hard men like him in the team to thwart the hun's thuggery.

After longstrum went off, he was still looking to beat things. The ball boy was going to get the elbows if he didn't throw that fecking ball to him

It can’t be confirmed yet but there is plenty of chatter to say that Lumdstram has called the polis. AJ apparently has followed him home and is terrifying the bold John, to the point where it is affecting John boy’s state of mind. AJ is making the point that he’s new in the country and is just finding his way home.

Reports that AJ was carrying a Starry Plough at the time are sketchy at best, but very believable.
