I can't see past Beale utterly * it and throwing his gameplan out of the window just to adopt a version of what Aberdeen did. He'll be so scared to lose his first match against us he will instruct players to sit deep and play a direct counter trying to hoof balls out wide to Kent and the Walking kebab wrap.

He will have seen that with much lesser players Aberdeen were able to hold us off for so long, giving him the thought that his players are superior and so can actually pull it off better and even nick a jammy win off a random counter where our fullbacks have both over committed in attack.

They will come out fighting and laying on strong challenges that the officials and VAR will sweep under the rug and no doubt Hatate will see red about 30 seconds after scoring a filthy screamer to retire McGregor once and for all.

All in all, we will still win 4-1 as they have to find any excuse to give Tavpen a penalty when we are 2-0 up.

 

I cannot see past us on Monday. Even if we start bad we know and they know we can recover. But if they start bad it'll be a mauling.

I agree I think they will set up to defend and try and hit us on the break. They my try to attack for the first 10 mins or so, but after that they'll be blowing out their arses as they are nowhere near as fit as us.

Kyogo will run their defence into the ground, creating openings all through their back line.
