Great game. Clayton was cool as a cucumber. That hun boy is a player.

 

Aye he’s a player right enough.

Lack of experience killed him in the end there but he’ll be challenging in future unfortunately.

Clayton hit the right shots at the right time there.

 

Canny see Huybrechts getting close to Van Den Bergh. Soutar v Clemens could go either way I think.

 

Dimitri should scoosh this, he's a power scorer. Also think Souttar has a chance against big Gabriel later.

 

Huybrechts looks a complete shadow of himself.

Oh boy I am buzzing. On DvdB and Clayton at 25/1 and 20/1 so not too fussed who wins that one. I think vdb will look like the better player for much of the game but Clayton will hit the right shots at the right time.

I think Clemens is well worth a dabble at 4/1. He’s taken a prime Wright’s scalp at the worlds before and is playing some class stuff after a poor season. He was suffering with elbow pain but says that’s all gone now and he’s certainly playing like it’s gone.

Bunting has been the best player at the tournament so far bar mvg so don’t be surprised to see him turn Smith over.

Dobey has just punted Anderson and Cross and made it look a little easy in truth, especially the former.

Set up to be an amazing day of darts.. let’s hope it delivers and it’s not something like:
