been over in turkey twice this year for teeth implants and the hotel I was staring in was full off guys walking about with new hair transplants, think it's now a run off the mill thing.

My mate was gonna go to Turkey and get his teeth and hair done at the same time. I ended up talking him out of wasting thousands. Ultimately its genetics and time will catch up.
He opted for the Micro scalp pigmentation. (The hair tattoo.) its genuinely incredible looking and i would urge this over the transplant any day of the week.
Cost him £1500 over two sittings. You wouldn't know it was a tattoo unless you rub his head but its merged into the hair you have left so you wouldn't really even be able to tell that way either.

It's banging, but there's a few drawbacks. When it's really sunny it basically dissapears. Your head can shine like a bowling ball. Do not under any circumstances, not moisturise daily. You become a crocodile very quickly lol.
You really do need to shave it every single day in the shower. Takes seconds but still.

It's no replacement for hair btw, however if you've not got enough for a transplant it's top notch. £3k I paid originally so good to know the price has came down in 11 years :56:

One of my mates lives in China...tried the transplant out there... here's a before and after shot...I wouldn't go there.

Some good advice here, plus he's got other videos on hair transplants in Turkey, good and bad.

You look at someone like Wayne Rooney gettin his barnet done, i mean what's the point when you've got a face like his ffs lol.

For younger guys if it makes them feel better and more confident then why not, just need to be careful it dosen't end up a disaster.

My mate does the head tattoos in Glasgow called scalp micro Scotland which can be done for half the price. 3 sessions and what a difference.
Only 6 days between each sessions for healing.
They do great work and also fill in bald patches too for men and woman to make your hair look thicker.
They fill in scars from transplants too.

Hair loss is an absolute * take. The front of my head is still okay and doesn't look like I'm balding at all. If someone is looking at me dead on I look normal. But noticed it thinning at the back near the crown about 2 years ago. I'm 28 and look pretty young so the fact it's balding at the back just makes me feel like it looks kinda odd! But I think confidence is the key, if I don't think about it and feel like my normal self it doesn't really affect me.

Whenever I catch a glimpse of it through a camera or whatever it does bother me though. I've considered getting a transplant but a bit sceptical. Apparently it's better to get it earlier cos it costs less. Unfortunately I don't have the face or head shape to rock a skinhead otherwise I 100% would, got a cracking beard so lucky there but.

I started thinning in my 30's and tried some "magical potions" which never worked. I then began the comb over attempts to cover my bald bits but I just began to look stupid. I would never have considered a wig and there weren't many hair transplants available at that time so I just done my best to keep it tidy however, I fully understand the dent it does to your confidence if you start going bald at an early age. I took the decision to shave it all off when two friends came up from London for a huns game and they had shaved their heads as they too were thinning on top as well. They convinced me to get mine's done and I've never looked back. Good luck with whatever you choose m8
