    Argentina have recovered from that shambling defeat. They've survived the Dutch, and have a keeper who can save penalties. I'm not celebrating anything. I do hope we can eliminate another nasty, sneaky person in Messi from the title run.

    Stopped rating him when I've realized he's spat at players, stormed off after a heavy defeat without bothering to congratulate his club teammate (Rakitić), demanded a manager be installed (Sampaoli at ARG), performed a clear tax fraud, swore loyalty to Barcelona countless times but then went off to PSG, likely abused teammates at Barcelona, recently stamped the Mexican shirt...

    I don't care about his records. I don't care about his titles. I'd always prefer a normal human being over him. He's not the Atomic Flea- an atomic player would get up and believe in himself, not whine when things go south. He's a disease-ridden flea who doesn't know what football is. A team game. If he wanted to sign for Celtic, I'd kill myself. Same opinion applies to Neymar and C. Ronaldo. Mbappe going that way, too. * 'em all to *.

    And before someone ridicules me because I am denying him GOAT status. Well- he's always had one objective weakness that can be exploited: he's extremely left-footed.
    I suppose he can have a GOATee beard.
