He's got talent, but he's also got a reputation. If he can improve on his talent, mature and cut the sideshow out of him, he could be. Broony was a diamond in the rough when he signed for us and look at how he turned out.

 

I am not sure he has the temperament to play for us. Seems to lose his head in games and in crucial moments. Actually a bit like a former ex Hibs player we signed Gary Caldwell. He has some good attributes but seems a pretty average player overall.

He is one of those that on his day seems to be able to raise his game for a big occasion but equally is capable of being a bombscare and costing his team by getting sent off or giving away a penalty.

I think he will go to the Championship in England.

 

Actually rate Porteous more than most on here, but he's not better than CCV/Starfelt, and we don't need another project-like CB. He'll go to Italy I think, follow the trend of other young scots.

I'd even go further and say I think we're giving Jura a wee push out the door. Not that he doesn't want to leave, I think his head is turned, but we've recognised this is the time to sell and are actively looking to do so in my opinion. I think Ange realises keeping him for another 6 months will lower his value and the rewards are greater to be aggressive in the market and sell him now.

 

I am not sure about pushing him on, I think it’s more that we may actually have a buyer and something all but tied up. The interesting piece here will be how much Juranovic features between our fixtures starting back up and the January window opening.

I guess time will tell but I am not convinced we would commit to paying for a new right back without Juranovic moving on.

 

I think I read him say at the start of his tenure that he only wants players that want to be here, best for them and best for the squad. Jura fits into that if his heads been turned.

 

See that fella Cho Gue-sung I won't mind him coming to us, scored 2 goals vs Ghana and is playing in Korea so his price tag will be not that much.
