Good workout we are pish in front of goal and brutal in defence far too many times trying to walk the ball into the net.. I must say sydney are levels above most * we play week in week out.. Infact if we were playing English conference teams it would be tougher than the spl *..

This. It's a very bad habit we have. Chances created are a plenty. But so wasteful.

Aye that was pretty disappointing, failed to take some clean cut chances and a poor transition to defense

Even though we lost 2-1 I think it's clear we're several levels above.

It's like when we used to beat AC Milan 2-1 but you knew they'd go on to win the UCL that year..

    Vata looks exciting
    Welsh nowhere near good enough
    Abildgaard is brutal
We miss so many easy chances a new striker is needed

Are people really losing it because we lost a friendly on the other side of the globe after a very dense playing schedule up to the WC break? :56:

Tin pot competition. A wee trip for the fans in Oz to see the bhoys. But got to admit, hate losing any game and the fact they are doing the wee jig at the end is embarrassing.

No need to worry mate. Domestically we are fine. It's the moment we take even the slightest step up we are exposed

It was a friendly. We didn't get the result, but we still had plenty of chances once again. We need to buy a natural goal scorer who can take some of these chances we keep missing. It's all about sticking the ball into the back of the net and keeping clean sheets.
